This manager allows you to create your own reusable messages for future sending of email and ICQ pages. Essentially, you may pre-write an unlimited number of commonly used messages and store them in your database. Once a boilerplate message is written and stored you can send it
at any time via the Send Message window.
Here's a brief checklist of Boilerplate Manager highlights:
- Example boilerplates might be: letter of welcome, outstanding dues notifications, promotion letters, meeting reminders, roll call requests, etc..
- you may create as many boilerplate messages as you want--you're limited only by disk space
- each boilerplate message body can be up to 64KB (approx. 64,000 characters in length)
- Boilerplate messages can be sent quickly and easily via the Send Message window.
- Simply choose which boilerplate message you want to send from a drop-down list and click Send.
- Once the boilerplate message has been transferred to the Send Message window you have an opportunity to modify the text as you see fit without affecting the stored boilerplate in any way.
